Jakarta (ANTARA) – The Ministry of Manpower has strengthened the dissemination of information on the importance of vocational education through the Vocational Training Festival and the National Job Fair which took place held from October 28 to 30, 2022.

Vocational Training Day and National Job Fair are a highlight of National Vocational Training Month (BPVN) 2022.
The ministry offers several types of training at Community Skills Training Centers (BLKs), Noor noted.
In addition to the Vocational Training Festival held at the Jakarta Convention Center (JCC), the ministry organizes the National Job Fair involving 175 companies, and there are 21,000 vacancies.
On the same occasion, the Ministry’s Director General of Vocational Training and Productivity Development, Budi Hartawan, invited the public to attend and participate in the event.

“For this program, we are involving 78 companies that open vacancies, some of them (implementing) walk-in interview concepts, so that participants who meet the requirements can potentially obtain the positions needed”, he remarked.
