An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our dynamic team working in different communities and with local partners focused on community development and public health in Copeland, providing support in this area of service as well as elected members.
The successful position holder will work alongside their team colleagues to provide a comprehensive and responsive support service through the organization of resources, providing information, administration, finance and support to the commitment.
This is an interesting and varied role that will put you in touch with the coordination of events with both the public and internal teams.
On occasion, you may be required to work unusual hours and travel independently elsewhere in the county.
The position will be based at West Cumbria House, Workington and will work from home.
We are currently operating virtual interviews. These will be done using Microsoft Teams software, which is currently free for new users. However, if there are any issues with access to this technology, we are happy to discuss alternative arrangements or any concerns, adjustments needed prior to interviews.
